With National Open House weekend approaching us (April 28 & April 29), I thought it would be a good time to give some great tips on preparing your home for an Open House.
An EF3 tornado with winds of 155 mph quickly touched the lives of many Coaling, AL, residents in the early hours of April 27th.
With no warning a 38 lot subdivision, Magnolia Springs, was hit hard. The whole subdivision took damage with many families having to start completely over. The tornado left several injuries that day but took no lives in the small, friendly subdivision on the Middle Coaling Road. In just short of one year all of the Magnolia Spring residents are back where they belong….in their homes.
Almost all the families returned to the Coaling community they previously called home. No one will ever forget that tragic day in April, and they will all say, “There is truly no place like Home…..”
